On the 11th day of the first month of the Chinese New Year, all the staff of Lemen Group drove to the eco-island - Chongming with great expectation, and opened a unique 2024 annual meeting together. On weekdays, everyone is busy in their respective positions and work together for the development of the company. Today, in this sunny day, we gather in a place full of art, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, leave the busyness of the daily life, and review the past year's hard work and achievements in the 515 Art Centre, which is full of art atmosphere, and look forward to a prosperous new year.

Before the meeting, everyone talked in groups and exchanged their life moments after work, with continuous laughter. Many also took out their mobile phones to take photos at various corners of the Art Centre. They either took photos with the unique art installations or took a warm selfie with colleagues they hadn't seen for a long time, and the camera framed smiling faces full of happiness and expectation. In the exquisite refreshment area, while savoring the delicious pastries and fragrant tea, everyone shared the unforgettable moments of the past year's work and exchanged work experience with each other, which added a lot of relaxing and joyful atmosphere to the upcoming annual meeting.

At the beginning of the annual meeting, Peng Ling, Chairman of Lemen Group, delivered a passionate New Year's speech, which officially opened the prelude to the annual meeting.

Yuan Xuefei, Executive Vice President of Lemen Group, presided over the annual meeting. Afterwards, Qin Jiaojiao, Vice President and Head of Sales Centre, Yuan Xuefei, Head of Operation Centre, Su Huaigao of Beijing Branch, Chen Zehuan of Foreign Resources Department, Wang Zheng of Health Travel Division, Sun Jiali of HR and Administration Department, and Wang Huan of Finance Department shared their departmental work reports and new year plans in turn. From the innovation and efficiency of Sales Centre, Operation Centre and Beijing Branch, to the active exploration of Foreign Resources Department and Healthy Travel Business Unit, to the full support of HR and Administration Department and Finance Department, each department showed the efforts and achievements of the past year with data and cases.

During the meeting in the afternoon, Liu Zhi, CEO of Lemen Group, brought a wonderful annual summary of the company's work and new year outlook. With detailed data and vivid cases, CEO Liu comprehensively reviewed the company's development history in the past, and deeply analyzed the current opportunities and challenges. At the same time, Liu also depicted the grand blueprint for 2025, clarified the company's development direction and strategic objectives, and made every Lemen people more determined to move forward.

At the end of the meeting, chairman Peng Ling brought the sharing of Wang Yangming's psychology, she combined her own rich experience and achievements, and analysed the four epiphanies of Wang Yangming's life in depth - to set up a will, to study diligently, to change one's faults, and to blame for goodness, and his pursuit of the life goal of ‘setting up morality, standing up for success, and setting up for speech’. Chairman Peng Ling's sincere sharing let us deeply feel that human success is not by chance, but countless days and nights of hard work and dedication, and at the same time inspired every Lemen people in the new year, the courage to pursue their own dreams, and continue to break through the self, to achieve new leaps and bounds in life. After a moment's rest, the meeting entered into the next section which was also the long-awaited section, the 2024 Outstanding Employee Recognition Meeting. In the past year, Lemen Group has emerged a number of outstanding employees on the way forward.
