At 9:00 on 14th June, 2024, the long-awaited Lemen Group's corporate culture construction - external training activities were held as scheduled at the Lemen International China headquarters adjacent to the Huangpu River in Lujiazui, Pudong. All Lemen people from Shanghai, Beijing and Shenzhen gathered together online and offline to start a team empowerment journey.
Today's training focuses on efficient project management and teamwork, learning and exploring the CET model for sales project and how to carry out efficient teamwork in the B2B market. The entire participants were divided into 5 groups and worked together to complete 4 interactive activities, which included project team introductions, portraying the B2B Customer Relationship Management (CRM), developing a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), and simulating a team project investment bid.
Ms Peng Ling, Chairman of Lemen Group, Mr Liu, President of Lemen Group, Yuan Xuefei, Executive Vice President, and Qin Jiaojiao, Vice President of Lemen Group, were present at the training site and joined the project teams, devoting themselves to each training discussion activity.
Under the support of the leaders, the morale of each group was greatly boosted, with enthusiastic speeches, pithy summaries and golden sentences. For example, Zhao Xiaodong, the senior project manager of the third group, shared the sales skills and concepts such as ‘If you don't visit the customer, someone else will’, ‘If you don't take the initiative in the early stage, how passive you will be in the later stage’ and ‘Lemen's products must be high-quality products’. ‘The sales skills and concepts shared by Xiaodong are impressive and worth learning from.
We brainstormed, contributed ideas, collaborated and cooperated, truly interpreted the essence of teamwork - people together is a party, heart together is a team.
During the training review, Chairman Peng Ling made profound comments on each group. She emphasised the importance of timeliness in project development, suggesting that strict adherence to time nodes is a key factor in ensuring the smooth progress of each project.
At the same time, President Liu Zhi also put forward constructive guidance, mentioning the concern for quality and controllability in project management, the enhancement of project interests, and the necessity of giving newcomers more collaborative help in project development.
In the blink of an eye, the seven-hour training was coming to an end, but everyone was still interested in it, and the mood at the scene continued to rise. At the end of the training, the chairman of the board of directors, Peng Ling, drew a successful conclusion for the training with the 16 words of ‘concentration, growth of wisdom, stimulation of potential, and confidence’, which also inspired all the Lemen people to continue to defy the difficulties and move forward.
