2月6日9点整，2024年莱蒙集团年度总结大会暨迎新活动在浦东金陵紫金山大酒店顺利召开。本次年度总结大会意义非凡，它是继3年疫情之后重启的第一届集团年会，也是全体莱蒙人期盼已久的年会。

At the beginning of the meeting, Ms. Peng Ling, Chairman of Lemen Group, passionately delivered her New Year's message for 2024, officially opening the 2024 Lemen Group Annual Summary Conference and Welcome Activity with a 15 line gift.

Speech segment

At the meeting, the Marketing Center, Operations Center, Beijing Branch, Foreign Resources Department, Health Travel Business Department, Human Resources and Administration Department, and Finance Department reviewed the fruitful achievements of the past year and looked forward to a new journey in the new year.

Departmental year-end summary

After carefully listening to the annual work reports of various departments, Liu Zhi, the President of Lemen Group, delivered an impassioned concluding speech on stage. His speech was filled with gratitude for the hard work of the Lemmon people in the past year and expectations and encouragement for the new year's work goals.

2023 is an extraordinary year, and 2024 is also destined to be an extraordinary year. The people of Lemmon will continue to "see the light, pursue the light, and become the light" together, working together to create a new chapter.

Commendation session

In the recognition process, we award honorary awards to outstanding employees in 2023, including Progress Award, Innovation Award, Newcomer Award, Cross disciplinary Breakthrough Award, and Special Contribution Award. The company leaders, Mr. Peng, Mr. Liu, Mr. Yuan, and Mr. Qin, respectively presented honorary certificates to the award-winning employees as encouragement!

Annual Appreciation Dinner

At 18:18 on February 6, the thank-you dinner of Lemen Group's 2024 annual meeting officially began. Everyone gathered together to wish the the Year of the Loong a prosperous and happy New Year. The lucky draw at the dinner party brought the atmosphere to a climax, and Mr. Peng and Mr. Liu, the leaders of Lemen, presented prizes to the winners. Subsequently, everyone spoke freely and had a great time.
