On September 26, 2024, the 30th National Foreign Affairs Service System Cooperation Conference and the 2nd National Foreign Affairs Service Alliance Conference were grandly held in Dunhuang City, Gansu Province. Ms. Peng Ling, Chairman of Lemen Group, was invited to attend the conference.

The two-day meeting mainly focused on comprehensively implementing the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, aimed at correctly understanding the strategy and risk challenges in the external environment, and courageously undertaking the glorious mission of further deepening reform and promoting Chinese path to modernization. Li Jianhong, Executive Vice Director of the National Foreign Affairs Service System Cooperation Conference and General Manager of Gansu Provincial Foreign Affairs Service Center Co., Ltd., presided over the meeting. Yang Yonggang, a first level inspector of the Foreign Affairs Office of the People's Government of Gansu Province, and Zhu Yuming, Deputy Secretary of the Dunhuang Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, respectively delivered wonderful speeches at the meeting.

At the meeting, Miao Chang'an, Chairman of the National Foreign Affairs Service System Cooperation Conference, delivered a work report to explore how to promote local economy with high-quality foreign affairs services.

In addition, Director Jian Wuxia of the Consular Service Center of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' Office and Overseas Service Center conducted training on changes in visa policies and visa approval times for some embassies in China.
